Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ppvpn ("ppvpn", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://ppvpn.io and all associated subdomains and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a registered account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by ppvpn, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases, regardless of any translation or summary that may be made available for informational purposes.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the ppvpn Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• Be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law;
• Not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any person employed by ppvpn or any of its affiliate companies;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

ppvpn reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, to confirm that a player meets the eligibility criteria. Accounts that cannot be verified or are found to have been registered by an underage person will be immediately suspended and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the ppvpn Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account profile if any information changes. ppvpn shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ppvpn support immediately via the in-platform live chat.

ppvpn strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your registered Bangladesh mobile number to protect your account against unauthorised access.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ppvpn supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per calendar month. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be adjusted at ppvpn's discretion.

All deposits are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ppvpn does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ppvpn accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed within the time frames set out in your account dashboard. ppvpn will make every effort to process withdrawal requests promptly. However, ppvpn reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, responsible gaming review, or fraud investigation. In such cases, ppvpn will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player via the support channel.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that belongs to you personally and that has previously been used to deposit on the same account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotions

ppvpn may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion terms) before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting the stated wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

ppvpn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting patterns, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at the same time. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration outside of the stated wagering terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ppvpn Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, casino game, or other activity. Game-specific rules are available within the relevant game interface or sports betting market and form part of these Terms.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ppvpn reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared;
• The odds at which the bet was accepted were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault or human error;
• There is credible evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised;
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms or in a manner that constitutes fraud or abuse.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games and are displayed within the relevant market or game interface. ppvpn reserves the right to limit the stakes of any player at its sole discretion, including players who have been identified as consistent winners or who are suspected of using automated or systematic betting strategies.

All casino game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by the relevant game provider. ppvpn does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no responsibility for the results of any individual game session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppvpn Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy, agent, or third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with any player, team, official, or third party in connection with any event offered on the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ppvpn staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ppvpn.

Game content, including titles, artwork, and mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is used by ppvpn under licence. All third-party trademarks and intellectual property rights are acknowledged.

Privacy & Data

Limitation of Liability

ppvpn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if ppvpn has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ppvpn shall not be liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, power outages, natural disasters, acts of government, or third-party service interruptions affecting payment providers or game suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ppvpn's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

ppvpn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• A request by the player to self-exclude or close the account under the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Any other reason that ppvpn, in its sole discretion, determines warrants account action to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ppvpn reserves the right to forfeit any balances held in the account, including pending withdrawals, bonus funds, and real-money deposits used in conjunction with abusive activity. Where closure is initiated by the player or for reasons unrelated to a breach, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to identity verification.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ppvpn support via the in-platform live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one (1) business day.

Changes to These Terms

ppvpn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ppvpn will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties before any further action is taken.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
